Barbaresco Asili

Since 1993

Though not huge in landholding, especially compared to that of Falletto in Barolo, the Asili vineyard is still the name most synonymous with Giacosa and for good reason. Asili white label has been produced on and off since 1993, depending on the quality of the vintage where in poor years Asili is not noted on the label, and in great vintages it becomes a Riserva.

This is the quintessential Barbaresco whenever it is produced. Glass-filling aromas of dried rose, red fruits and blood orange are all hallmark characters of BG’s Asili.
